NitroClean Cleaning Station
Our cleaning station is designed to provide a safe, efficient, and controlled environment for the cleaning and treatment of stainless steel components. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the unit offers excellent resistance to corrosion and chemical exposure, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding industrial settings. At the core of the station is a recessed work surface fitted with fibreglass, acid-resistant grating, positioned slightly below the top edge.
This design allows cleaning fluids and residues to drain away from the workpiece, keeping the working area clean and reducing the risk of surface contamination. The grating is specifically selected for its chemical resistance, making it ideal for use with cleaning and passivation processes.
